Confused if parents want schools to reopen or not? I read so many posts here about how difficult it is to work full time and manage kids’ at-home schooling (I can’t even imagine!) so would assume that means parents want to reopen, but at the same time keep seeing a ton of backlash from parents in states who are pushing to reopen due to safety reasons. Hey everyone. So in my pivot I have two categories that are in rows and several calculated fields. I am trying to get data behind a specific value in a calculated field. Whenever I double click the specific value, it is giving me rows for the entire category and not for that value. I think there is no way to achieve this; but if there is, I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!

If she got ~$100k in signing bonus in 2019 for 1 year commitment in CA and started FT in July 2020, assuming she leaves before July 2021, can her employer claw back full amount in California? Some say it's much tougher to do so under CA law but wonder if anyone has any insights. Banks won't likely care about analyst signing bonuses, but associate bonus at EB with diversity bonus can be significant. If she quits before, she won't be going to another bank.

Would you pursue someone who, from time to time will say they “don’t feel like it” and then completely shuts you down? Quick run down- I’m talking to this guy (desi) and we hit it off.
