Any change management / culture change practices are hiring? 7 YOE in OD, looking for new opportunities
Super curious what everybody thinks about Gartner? Thoughts on the firm, etc? Prestige, product, people, culture, exit opps? I’m on my way out. Trying to lateral to big 4/elite boutique (ATK/LEK/OW)
I'm going through a layoff at my job. I was a programmer many years ago and have gradually moved to a Project Management role over the years. I don't really like that kind of work and see an opportunity here to reskill a bit. What are thoughts on microdegrees or certificates from the like of Coursera? I have good tech acumen, just wondering if someone would hire in the area of Data Science with one of these degrees. For info: 40s, 20+ years experience, and BBA in Computer Info Systems.
Old man next to me in the exit row TOOK OFF HIS SHOES AND IS WIDELY CROSSING HIS LEGS. WTF I’ve never been so disgusted
Earning 108k as an SC in Chicago, offered 160k base + 115k stock at a Bay Area tech company. Yay or nay? Eligible for more stock every year, similar role but zero travel. Decent but not great perks
If you were recently laid off or looking for a new position: we are hiring for two management consultant professionals with at least 5 years client facing experience. Please DM me if interested—thanks!
Looking for a digital/social strategy position in Chicago or New York in the 4-6 years of experience range.
What are typical exit opportunities for someone at the consultant level with two and a half years of experience?
Have been at KPMG audit exactly for 1 year, I want to do advisory for I heard it’s easier to switch firms. Any NYC o Miami advisory people? Tips? Send me a referral email to apply to. Thanks
Temp check, please. What should I be looking for as earnings package (base + bonus + equity/benefits) for a VP level role (it’s a hybrid Marketing/strategy Head of marketing-type role)? I have a history of chronically under negotiating and don’t want to do that this time. (For context: Series A funded global start up, executive level role). Thanks in advance!
Recruiter reached out about BoA Merchant Services - Strategy Consultant role......anyone anyone else ever been reached out by that specific business in BoA? I'm wondering if the title actually (cont.)
Anyone at Google willing to submit a referral for me? The answer is always no until you ask so figure I’d shoot my shot on here and hope for the best!
Anyone hiring Account Execs? Almost 3 years experience and have worked on integrated campaigns and managed digital production end to end in auto, finance and cpg
Not liking the current exit opportunities i have found over the last several months. I’m not looking to leave in a rush, but am considering other options. What advice would you give to someone with ~4 years work experience trying to get out of their line of work but couldn’t afford an MBA?
Post MBA - MBB vs FAANG product management role vs Startup Biz Opps role vs IB (2 year Associate) for getting into Venture Capital?
Here’s a simple question: why aren’t there more black folk at agencies? I can count on 2 hands the number of black ppl I’ve worked with. And god-forbid they be creative.

Not a mom yet but TTC. I’m 34 and husband and I have been trying since January with no luck. Out of curiosity how long did it take you to get pregnant when trying?
Recently had to take time off work due to anxiety (really an ADHD induced anxiety break from WFH and not being able to focus) and I’m still getting comments from all of my management implying that I’m unreliable. Any advice on how to go about this? My last company I had management that understood anxiety, it just feels like this management acts like I’m making up excuses to get out of work...
For those with a 50 hour work week requirement, when you have PTO such as vacation, personal or illness in a week, do you charge up to the full 50, or just to 40+ hours. Cont.
Average salary for an associate level healthcare consultant at small to mid-size firms? (3-4 years consulting experience). Making a career move soon, and want to be prepared to value myself for when the topic of compensation comes up in an interview. Currently believe I am underpaid from the research I’ve done, so would love some insight from FB!
I don’t know what to go into. I’m a May 2019 graduate and I work as a bookkeeper and payroll manager for 2+ years. I want to go into big 4 or maybe rsm/gt. But don’t know what field. Tax isn’t my favorite and I don’t want to travel for audit. Any input on what I should do? And should i apply as an intern?
Already dreading work and waiting for the next weekend. Hate this remote project. Always worried about ratings/utilization/etc. probably not a good sign as a new (>6 month) hire.
Green comms/media planner here. So far, this job seems like it's 90% answering emails and tracking invoices. Is that really the extent of this role? Or am I missing something here?
Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?
Has anyone used stellarpeers website for interview prep? I have realized that I really suck at interviews, I get nervous, keep rambling, and can’t tell a coherent story despite doing all the work
Can I expense a massage therapist for stress induced tension/muscle spasms due to hefting luggage into overhead bins twice a week every week for like most of the year?
Come on delta. 35 mins into boarding process and plane is still only 3/4 full. Delta needs a better process.
