What’s the best approach to negotiate a higher base salary? Should I mention competing offers, what my earning potential is in the next ~2 months in my current role - or both?

Total compensation / compensation break down estimate for PE megafund ops role w/ 3+ years of experience? Sounds like base they’re looking at is ~$120k, not sure on bonus.
