Also I have audit senior experience with EY as contractor for 5 months and 3 years of Audit Senior experience with a mid size audit firm based in houston. Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer. A friend and spouse recently purchased a home twice the price of ours and took additional amount of loan on top "for paying off other debt." They make less than half what we make and owe three times as much in other stuff (car loans, cc, irs, etc). I'd be so stressed and likely wouldn't have taken such a loan (5.8%) for an even smaller home than ours. Just thinking about it stresses me out tbh.
