Do you prepare a script ahead of time and stick to that script? Might be your problem. That’s good for when you’re just starting out, but as you progress, you need to turn presentations into a conversation. To do that, I usually jot down a few highlights/reminders to myself on what I want to cover or specific phrases I want to incorporate and then talk through the presentation using whatever conversational language comes naturally to walking someone through content/explaining a concept
M1is on point with his comments. You need move away from scripts to talking points and let your language transform a readout to a conversation.
This was never an issue for me as I have always been more of a impromptu speaker, but I suggest practicing in events like toastmaster, etc. as it will allow u to speak about things u are less knowledge about but allow u to perfect still coming off as calm, confident and clear
Gesture with your hands, even on phone calls. It changes the tone of your voice and helps you to add emphasis.
Randomly make parts of sentences loud, and punchy. Ideally right before you are going to make an important point. Say specific people names in the middle of a section. A long pause might cause them to check if their audio dropped and pull them back in
Put your computer on a shelf or counter in front of you and speak to the screen while you are standing. Much more personable and it forces you to use your arms to gesticulate! Make sure it’s comfortable to click next slide though!! A bunch of my partners actually present with video standing up.
Pretend you are passionate or actually care about the discussion

Utilize pauses when speaking. The pauses help you to reset your train of thought which avoids the long stream of monotony.
Stop and ask questions every slide or two
Treat the presentation like a performance. When doing a big presentation, I do orals prep. I write my scripts then revise and rehearse to sound natural.
Depending on what you are covering tell a story. Read weekend language. There are ways to give your audience cues which help them follow along.
Be conscious of how you pause and the emphasis you use in your voice.
