Have a final round of interviews as a remote candidate for a team that mainly lives in NYC. Hiring manager said during first interview that my location / remote status doesn’t matter and he has no concerns with hiring remotely for the role. How do I sell myself as a remote candidate to the other 4 team members I am meeting, knowing they all are located in the same city?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. And what is the guarantee that after taking our offer you will join us only?
You will not go to any other company in the same fashion?
