From my understanding McKinsey implementation isn't like big4/ACN implementation. You help develop the strategy with the McKinsey strategy team and then help the client execute the strategy. It's a bridge between the upstream and downstream consulting services. Very similar to the service Deloitte S&O is structured as. If anyone has tips for the case interviews at McKinsey I would be very thankful

Look at the website videos, be very structured in your thinking, and don't DON'T ignore the pei- watch the video and think it through. Just my 2 cents.
