My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.

I always liked it best when interns and students asked for feedback. Not a job.
If you ask for a job, and there isn't one right now. We say "no, sorry" and then forget about you pretty quickly.
But if you ask for feedback, then make changes that address that feedback, then you can start an open ended dialogue with the CDs or creatives you're emailing.
And when you add new stuff to your book, you can email them again, because they've already taken the time to look at your book before.
Then, in 3 or 6, or whatever, months later when a job opens up, they think of you because they've been getting emails from you for that whole time.

Reach out to non-CD level creatives. Seniors and mids. CDs can often get so busy that your messages could get lost.
Plus, CDs will often ask the people who work there for recos when they're hiring.
You can reach out at anytime, however I've had more luck reaching out when a position is available. Also, not many people will accept a hangout/coffee from someone they don't know or have mutual friends with either. I've never had that approach be fruitful.
My LinkedIn cold call messages usually look like this:
You work at ____, I want to work at ____.
Here's my book let me know what you think. ✌️
I've had a surprising amount of response from being this direct.
Beautifully direct~
