Since then I’ve reached out to the recruiter but haven’t gotten any response (been almost 3 months). Why would a business choose to hire an agency instead of going the much cheaper route and hiring a freelancer?

Hi all! I’m new! I started the year off planning to save for a home for myself, then rates skyrocketed. So we’re holding off. Fast forward to the final quarter of the year and we were presented with the idea of a residential assisted living facility. Discussion post: I feel almost all consulting firms are the same. Mbb, big 4 etc. if you are paid enough there is probably less wlb. If there is good wlb there is not much money. Can you single out a company that you can confidently say pays very well and also has good wlb and also has good opportunities etc.?

Most of these are senior level positions, so interviews were tough. Didn’t get the job for one or the other reason. Finally accepted a offer with a large tech company. Keep on trying..

I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed?
