Used miles to upgrade from economy to business on United. Was confirmed for the upgrade then just got downgraded back to economy and now there aren’t seats left

First business trip in 20 months. TSA agent yelled at me for nonsensical reasons. I almost cried. I was worried things would change, but they are just as dehumanizing as always. Felt like home.

Generally, the consensus these days is that we want our advertising to not look/feel like advertising. So, why should you be concerned to separate what was and wasn’t “advertising?”
