Have a final round of interviews as a remote candidate for a team that mainly lives in NYC. Hiring manager said during first interview that my location / remote status doesn’t matter and he has no concerns with hiring remotely for the role. I've been fortunate to be in a high-paying position in the Los Angeles area and I rarely see comparable positions posted. The comparable positions at my company are filled by one of the big executive search firms. I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach.
