Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. How have people regained their professional confidence after being transitioned out of MBB? I always had good scores overall but was average in problem solving, hence the transition. Now as I job search I can’t help but feel like if I couldn’t succeed as a bottom-of-the-pile Associate how could I possibly sell myself to another company?
