Being a senior feels so weird. I miss being an experienced associate and just crushing work for hours. I have ADHD and it’s super hard to manage the constant interruptions. I feel like the only time I get to myself is like 8-midnight

I work for a global, top tier tech/consulting company. Have been there 5 years. I have my MBA. I moved from client delivery into HR role last year. I just received a zero increase to my salary. I am a high performer. I was expecting 2-3% merit . Salary is 93k. Need an honest outside perspective of what to do. I feel as though my loyalty & high performance count for nothing. hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? If yes what would be a subtle way to do so?

I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?
