Anyone able to shed insight on Appian as a company in Canada? I've been invited for an interview as a Technical Consultant with their Customer Success Team. The first round is a behavioral with HR - not sure what to expect. But beyond that, does anyone from Appian Canada know anything about the company, culture, etc.? Role is a bit out of my wheelhouse (came from a large management consulting firm) but I think I got picked because of my experience on tech transformations and technical abilities.

Can you help explain why a team would be able to afford hiring an individual under PDM at a higher salary but unable to offer the same package under the Traditional route?

For context, I’m currently negotiating for a role and have expressed some of my concerns. My recruiter has been very helpful, but I’d like to better understand the reasoning before making my decision. The offer is $100k for PDM, but $85k max if brought on as Traditional.
