I have been DCAing over the last few months on binance and then moving the tokens to my Celsius wallet.

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot.
