Anyone else frustrated with multiple trackers for each project, measuring how long each deliverable takes? It ultimately interferes with the work itself. Plus the reality of the situation is how much time can we spend on each? I.e. there may be enough hours in the day but can’t bill the client.. I.e. give an estimate but some days will go over others will go under.
