Anyone else have a strange interview experience with TikTok? Applied in January, got rejected, but then got called back in March for a Senior PM role. They scheduled an evening interview saying the hiring manager was “in China” but she was actually in Seattle. The interview felt rushed with quickfire questions and little dialogue. After reaching out for updates, I got ghosted and then received an automated rejection. Is this typical for TikTok, or just a weird one-off?
