Resume keeps getting rejected at Atlassian
I recently applied at multiple positions at Atlassian but my application keeps getting rejected. Before switching to my current org , i had given Atlassian interview for frontend in April and i using the exact same resume just with the update of current org. I Had cleared all rounds back then but was rejected without any feedback i am confident i will clear it this time can someone help me with the resume review?

Don't take it personally. They're probably multitasking or otherwise distracted. I got the same feeling and I'm also guilty of multitasking while interviewing people virtually. Just pause everyone now and then to look for verbal cues that they're paying attention before moving on.
Don’t take personally, but also it’s helped me during zoom job search to make sure I have relevant, unique questions to ask, and to ask a bit about their personal lives (not like how many bowel movements do you have per day but like oh i saw on linkedin you’re pursuing your mba how is that going...lead into professional/growth opportunities at the company)

No one pays as much attention on zoom meetings 🥴. It's perfect for multitasking especially now that everyone seems to be swamped.

Sometimes I ask a question and the person talks for 10 minutes and I zone out. Try to practice answering questions in 1-2 minutes if you think you are a “long answer giver.”
So it sounds like it’s going to be even more difficult to make a good first impression :/
