Former client( filed a bar grievance that was dismissed, sent me a demand letter that an attorney responded to on my behalf, and filed a BBB complaint against my non-BBB law firm) has now pro se filed a lawsuit against me in small claims court. Alleging misrepresentation, failure to file a lawsuit, and failure to advise during the process. I have phone logs, emails, and billing notes (all of which she has) that show she’s lying. Should I notify my malpractice carrier? All advice appreciated!

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

Hello all! I’ve been ghosted by a couple recruiters at Deloitte, with one saying I don’t have Big 4 experience. Hearing these words from the recruiters or lack of responsiveness has felt even more defeating. I do have consulting experience and am trying to break into the marketing sector of Deloitte. I’ve previously been offered a position but at the time turned it down because I was pursuing a passion of mine. Any connections/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If I finish my MBA with extra loan money, should I pay it back to reduce the principal? Or invest it into the market? From my perspective it seems like it makes more sense to invest since the market is likely to generate more than my current loan rate. Although having debt also provokes some anxiety.

For additional info: my loan is a private loan of ~100k at ~5.2%. I have no other debt.
