Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.

Any Amazon counsel or other FAANG attorneys willing to share how their comp review has worked? I’m really happy with my offer(lower base, really high signing bonus and decent RSUs) and was told their would be yearly comp reviews but wondering how that plays out the first few years...

But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. I am being offered 17lpa fixed + 1.7lpa variable by Mckinsey Bangalore and 14.5lpa fixed + 1.5lpa Joining bonus by Deutsche Telekom WFH.

Both are offering me a SDE 1 position.

I want to know the better company keeping in mind WLB, Perks and Benefits, Culture, also with the thought that in the future I want to pursue an MBA in the future.
I will be relocating to Bangalore so I also want to know the cost of loving in Bangalore.
