Im currently working with LTIMINDTREE and i have H1B Visa Stamped with LTI, if i change my job and join TCS so will TCS will transfer my H1B employer from LTI to TCS ?

What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase
