[Asking for Advice] Hi all! I want to work in forensic accounting and I'm interested in specifically investigative or fraud-related work. I currently have ~1 year of experience in audit. What types of positions should I look for to start? How will the typical task look like? What is the general path for a forensic accountant? Are there general differences of forensic work among big 4 firms, fraud & forensic firms, vs. government agency (i.e. FBI)?
