Have an offer from a big 4 for supply chain consulting (Consultant level, above senior analyst). Would I be crazy to leave proctor for this?

Jumping from one big 4 firm to another after staff 1 year --- Thoughts? I'm not fond of new management and am thinking of jumping from one firm to another? Is there any downside I am missing?
