Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move? Has anyone took a job that the pay was less than your current company ? Also, any insight with CVS and how I can advance my career there will be greatly appreciate.

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. Just got an offer from PwC for 47.5K for SA role in Manchester. Feels kinda low considering everyone just got a 7%+ pay raise. Can anyone comment if this is in line or not? I was told this would put me above the SA band

Offered lower than expected salary, asked for an increase and haven’t received any confirmation on the original or revised offer. Chased recruiter a few times only to receive a reply that its pending partner approval. Passed up a better offer in favour of getting into consulting and have another offer which I cannot afford to lose. Passed up offer 85k FNZ SC, current offer £80K Barclays VP, Deloitte -70k+6.7.
