I am interviewing for an in house job. Large startup in Europe (had Series C and raised 150M) and is starting a US presence. They want to pay base and bonus but bonus is all RSUs/options. It’s significant (about 75% of all in comp). Are these entirely worthless if the company never goes public?

I hate ambiguity. I just want a job where I know what I have to do each week. 3 YOE and all the work I’ve done has dealt with using client data to provide insights. whether that be building the dashboard myself or directing other people on what data we need and what dashboards to build…what type of roles outside of consulting can I pursue?
