anyone have any insight in getting hired by Sedgwick? I had an interview in December that went really well and received a job offer but it was quickly rescinded due to the contract with the company being pulled. I have applied to similar positions but get the rejection email almost immediately. I have several friends with years of claims adjusting experience getting the same emails almost immediately when applying.

Has any US citizen had success getting a job abroad in the energy industry? Whether that be through a US company (i.e. transferring offices) or by applying to utilities or consulting companies abroad?

The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this?
