Any requisition can be negotiated up a level; they will not slate you down a level.
Pay is based on job family, business model, location, contract, and to an extent, your relative yoe compared to peers on your team. It’s very variable.
The positions you listed are normally Consultant, Specialist and sometimes Sr. Consultant (Analyst) positions.
Pay vastly depends on location. I live in the south so Consultants based off who I know make around 58k-69k, SC around 70k-100k. Folks up north or west coast probably 10k-25k more.
I wouldn’t say Glassdoor is 100% accurate but filter salaries depending on the city you live in to get an idea
Consultant -> Sr Con -> Associate - Lead
Same goes for Technical Specialist
How many years of professional experience do you have?
I'm at 150k as an sc. I heard some who have special skills are higher. HCOL. Highest clearance.
Their salary is really dependent on the contract vs the title. An associate in a cleared cyber position might be making twice as much as an associate in an unclassified augmentation position
Apply and just ask the recruiter in the initial phone call if your expectations align with what they’re willing to pay.
