I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Hi Fishes,
Anyone here at Luxoft with permanent remote ? I got an offer. Will they ask to come to office at any point ? What about job security at Luxoft ? HR mentioned 8 hours per day and no need to enter timesheet, time will be auto captured. That means like we can't be away from the system at all ? Please help.
Thanks

PolSource is based in Poland - they're Salesforce's biggest European based partner.
I did a contract with them. They're decent, and i liked the people I worked with generally. They offered me a job but I declined because it would have been a massive paycut for me (they pay in line with the market, I was just making a lot).
I work there and am ex Accenture if you want the run down send me a dm
Yes
A coworker at my current company was recruited from PolSource’s Salesforce team. Like most consulting firms, experiences will vary based on what projects the individual worked on. My coworker left because his workload was high and he wasn’t advancing at PolSource.
Reach out to me. Moved from Daddy D to Polsource now EPAM
I’ve had a great experience working with them as a contracting company. But no idea about internal policy.

PolSource is a solid firm. Before they had a US presence we utilized them for offshore and they were great to work with. Last time I looked their leadership team here in the US had solid backgrounds and a decent amount of tenure.
I never saw them very much in the competitive landscape so not sure what work they’re getting but I’ve always had a good impression of them.
A friend recently joined Epam who is ex-deloitte and spent a few years in the industry after exit from deloitte. He is happy at Epam, loves the WLB. They are not as polished or structured as the Big4 and they are growing fast. From what I have heard they are quite technical focused.
Didn’t polsource get acquired by EPAM? Good brand if there’s opportunity to move to the EPAM side of the house.
Yes PolSource is acquired by Epam an year back and it brought in good reputation and strong team to EPAM, and this acquisition turned EPAM instantly into a Platinum partner where they were only a Silver partner before.
