The best tip in my view is to make sure you're very familiar with the material. You'll just feel a lot more confident if you're talking about things you full understand and can really get behind. And if you're not used to public speaking, just do some practice in front of a mirror, just like back in high school public speaking class. That can also give you some confidence in how you present yourself.
Toastmasters.
Just go visit some meetings. It’s pretty fun

I know it’s cliche, but remember we’re not saving lives and that they’re just people too. Easier said than done. But flipping that switch in my head has helped me.
Join an Improv class. Not only will it help you with your public speaking issues, but it will open you up to be more free in the moment when doing so. Everyone should take at least one improv class.
