Just finished first year in consulting after UG and want to start applying elsewhere. Few questions:

Graduated w/ 3.4 GPA (business major)... should I list it or not? Not stellar but they may assume worse if I don’t

I was president of an academic club at my school. Given that I only have 1 yr of professional experience, should I keep this on my resume?

Separate experience at my company by project, or lump bullets together?

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. During interviews, how do you talk about the “result” or “impact” of a consulting project you were on? I know how to talk about the problem/recommendation portion of a sample project but the result/impact, I mean, as consultants we don’t see recommendations executed and actually generating results. So how do you talk about it?
