KPMG directors, on average, in MC, start about $175 if homegrown. Can go up to about $290 in tier one city for tenured Director. Bonuses don’t get much higher than $25-30k for tenured Directors in most MC service lines. Deloitte pays better base and bonus.
What does allocations mean here? Do directors really get that high? Where does MD start and end?
I’m sorry average starts at 225? I have a hard time believing that based on how low they pay Managers when I was there in Tier 2 city.
Can you provide additional context?
What cities you’re referring to? I didn’t know any managers that made above $150k when I was there, jumping to $225 seems preposterous.
