I have been interning for the company since 05/22.
I am getting a BSc in Data Science.

I want to negotiate, but I need guidance.
What do you think the average base pay is?

Bought a house with 10% down for 380k. Appraisal came in a 400k but now I’m doing renovations. Completely redoing both bathrooms in the house. Should I refinance after this to get rid of PMI? Current rate for 30 yr is 2.625%. Aka is it safe to assume my appraisal can come back above 435k to equate to 20% equity?

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?
