Anyone have suggestions for books on investment banking?

When do you know you've toured enough houses and should pick one from the list you've got? I've seen probably 15-20 homes, and put in one offer. How many homes should you tour minimum, and how many offers did you put in before you closed? I don't want to be too hasty and choose something just because, but I also think continuing to see homes isn't really making my decision any easier. Thanks!

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Can someone discuss the pros and cons of having a gym close to work vs having a gym near home but still would have to commute there, go back home then go to work. To me it seems more convenient to just on the way to work go to the gym, shower, then go into the office.
