Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I love it. I have a referral link that helps me get more points and is essentially the same for you. I'd suggest waiting until the end of the year though if you are going to attempt to get the companion pass via the points earned with the sign up bonus. Just don't hit the spend requirement until Jan 1. then you have all of 2023 to work on the rest of the points. If you don't care about the companion pass, then timing doesn't matter as much
If you are looking for something that is similarly good, but more flexible and doesn't matter the timing as much, I'd look into the Chase Sapphire Preferred (which I have as well along with referral link). With the CSP I've paid for 4 nights hotel in Hawaii, 2 brand new iPhone 13s right as they came out along with accessories, and a night at a hotel in a cheaper city. (all with points earned during the pandemic. Easily over 3k value
I have the Priority card and basically after one flight the annual fee pays for itself. It’s a fine card.
That said my last few Southwest experiences have been terrible and I’m going to start flying United exclusively.
Yes I have it.
SWA points are the most predictable airline points (and to me are therefore the most valuable in a vacuum). They operate on a stated point to dollar ratio so if a flight is $100 it ends up being 5,000 points, if a flight is $200, 10,000 points (example, number are made up for simplicity). There is no game to try to figure out if you should pay dollar vs points.
Also SWA is the largest domestic airline so they tend to have fairly good coverage depending on where you live.
Finally if you live in CA their HI flights tend to be cheaper than other airlines and they offer interisland which is rare
