I was hired as a a L7 Manager in early 2019 and left in late 2020.
Base was 185 when I started and 200 when I left. Total comp was roughly 225-235 per year including various bonuses.
Pros: Good people, who are smart and care about making the customer successful.
As the world’s largest SF partner, many opportunities to participate in betas of products and other programs.
Work on challenging solutions for the biggest companies in the world
Big, well known firm with decent benefits and perks.
Cons:
I personally had horrible WLB; I know a few people with fine WLB, but generally speaking if you are good- you will always be allocated 100% if not more
At the time, very subjective promotion criteria. This may have improved since I was there and a lot of folks left.
No regrets working there, but so so thankful I left.
I was traveling prior to the pandemic and then remote during. Happy to answer any specific questions.
Thank you! This is so helpful. I’ll send you a DM
