How much can you expect from HPE for QA Engineer - 4 years. ? I need to quote in the HR discussion. Appreciate the support.

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What would you take?

I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation. I didn't hear anything from HM after that. When can I expect to receive an internal offer letter? Should I contact HM to know about the status ? Please provide some insights. TIA :)

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

PS. I am not happy with growth prospects in the current project in Walmart.

If a person resigns on April month when yearly reviews are going to happen and bonus are being sent out.
So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

It would be helpful if managers can answer this because they are the people who approves or decline this request.

I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. Hey, I have been trying to land on a job since march and only been facing rejections. I will be graduating in the month of december and I have no offer in hand. I have tried referrals, connecting with the recruiters updating my resume every now and then but nothing seems to be working for me. I dont know where I am going wrong or what I must do.

A manager I work with is my official mentor at the firm. They expected me to do something for them in busy season when I was booked on another client, but when I try to get time to talk to them about my reviews or performance, they seem to just ignore my invites or reschedule constantly and last minute. For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? Is there a better way to frame my answer?
