High demanding, if you want hundreds of cases, be micromanaged, and work in a toxic environment that they are great. Also stay away from Newlin too because its the same as Morgan but instead of having 200 cases you might have over 500. Both firms are great for gaining experience in personal injury but as a work place they are completely toxic.
What is toxic?
Everything P1 says is true. Tread lightly.
Any chance you could elaborate on the “toxic” environment?
I love the firm, it’s eat what you kill but there’s plenty to eat if you want it. Tons of resources that make the job a lot easier than working at other PI firms
So.....I worked at Morgan and Morgan fo about two weeks and absolutely hated it. They hired me in as a paralegal and then gave me the role of legal assistant (which were two VERY different roles) and they also offered me a higher salary than what they actually ended up paying me. The environment was awful and I hated it.
