I did work on an ACT team, happy to chat.
Sure!
First thing is efficiency. If you have to drive around a lot and have clients in different parts of town, map them out. Ex: east side is Monday, west side Tuesday, south side Wednesday etc. It helps a lot. And then I would try to check on every client I had in that area. It also helped clients without phones, bc they could remember that I’d stop by sometime on Monday, even if we couldn’t plan an exact time.
I always had a team meeting first thing. Then I took a little time (30ish min) to review the day and see if anything needs to change. Then I went out and about. Usually took lunch with me or ate somewhere. And tried to get back with an hour or two left to do allllll the paperwork stuff, emails, phone calls, referrals, etc. Give yourself enough time for paperwork bc there is so much and getting behind is a huge burnout factor.
