I got a call from omnia for software developer role, I wanted to understand what's their base compensation , also how's the work life balance for Deloitte omnia
I tried searching Glassdoor but didn't got much for omnia seems like it's their newer division

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.
