Folks should be having their CRT discussions for comp starting June 15th.
I haven't even received an invite. I guess I will just go ahead and schedule it myself.
My RP sent me an email and asked if I had time to chat comp...when it comes to comp, I will make time 😊
I'm an EA. Know I'm not getting promoted (about to start year 2). Yeah I feel like we are getting set up for at least super low bonuses. To me, 2% (what I've heard from a partner) is kind of offensive and should be COL adjustment not a fucking bonus.
At least we aren't being laid off
Keep us posted! Mine isn't until June 20 😕
Mine is Thursday morning
HR said to me that bonus is 70% of what you would have expected last year
@S&1- Between what P4 said, what's been communicated on all hands calls, and what is in the news about the industry
Thanks PwC8 for clarifying.
Officially they start Wednesday but some RPs are scheduling for today - the info is available for them as of this morning.
Having mine on Wednesday...
What level are you guys?
They should be starting on Wednesday

Mine isn't until the last week of June. They've certainly set comp expectations low though
@PwC 6 how have they set comp expectations low?
HR said the following: if you came in at above what the new comp metric is for your level, you won't get paid more unless you are moving up levels. This is their way of not giving a raise to recent hires. Bonus pool is obv low.
Hey risk assurance, this is the advisory group. Prob makes sense to have a separate one for assurance.
OP, this bonus pool is 70% full, but not 70% compared to last year. Last year the bonus pool was only 80% so it's not that big of a decrease.
