How is Big 4 client delivery experience + measurable technical skillsets/ experience viewed by AWS during interview process? I feel like their are so many posers in Big 4 in cyber, that gives a bad rap across.

Who has most influence in hiring decision? What order would you put from most to least influence in decision. Hiring manager, team, hiring manager’s boss.

I have a phone screen interview with AWS for the position of Systems Engineer with the Linux team early next week. I’ve been a Sys Admin for the last 4 years, and I’m not very well-versed with coding. The phone screen does have whiteboard coding, any tips on what I could do to prepare for this? I’m not sure if I can let the interviewer know I’m not too strong with coding. I do want to take up the challenge, and also find out if the role would require extensive coding though. Any tips?

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

Mental health is busy, looking for tips to help manage tasks, currently I supervise 12 therapists in 3 different departments that are all different with unique dynamics in each dept.
