Got an offer from OW entry level London.

Does it make sense to join if I don't really have much passion for FS?

Other offers are EY-P, Marakon, LEK, OC&C

Any thoughts??

I recently interviewed with DTIC and completed all the rounds and kind of felt it was done linently and kind of confused now if it is good to join? I am from Kolkata and have to relocate to Bangalore for it.
I also have an offer of EY but want to consider DTIC as it is a Product based company but am quite concerned about the future in it. Please help understanding if it will be a good decision if I join DTIC?

Assessing whether I’m being compensated fairly after being passed over for pay raise request. Every BD in the US got a raise. 5 years of experience as a BD. I am now the only person managing BD for the whole of Canada for several service lines. US based finance related company. I report to one manager & the CEO. No commission, just salary and bonus. Been here for almost 2 years and we’ve doubled employees and are opening multiple offices. What would the appropriate compensation be for my role?

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . I want to pivot into something else but I have no clue what skills I could transfer elsewhere as what we do is so niche. I’m asking to get my notice period waived. I have a 30 day notice period per the employment agreement I signed, but it says they can waive it at any time after I gave notice. Im not going to a competitor or even the same industry. How likely is for my current firm to allow this?

Has anyone ever left finance (or know someone that has) to do something completely different? My experience is split between FP&A and accounting and while I have progressed, I am becoming depressed b/c I feel like I’m in the wrong field. All we get is busywork and no real opportunity to grow or take a more challenging role since they’re dying for SFAs.
