Hi, I’m currently working in Infosys (4 YOE). Now I have two offers one from Eurofins(14LPA) and one from EY(16LPA). I wanted to get placed in Product Based. I gave interview in EY thinking its product based but just came to know its service based. Please advise whether I should go for Eurofins as its a product based or EY as its a better offer. Very much confused. Kindly please help which would be the wise choice. Thanks in advance!

I've been offered a new role and need advice.

I'd go from VP marketing to Director sales enablement. It's a tech startup. Base stays the same at 74k cdn, but commission moves from .1% of total company rev to 1.5% plus % increases for exceeding targets. All sounds good, but I'm being pressured to answer in 24hrs. Seems odd. They also won't give me equity because of "tax complications" with it being a UK company and I'm a Canadian employee. Bonuses are supposed to make up for that. Thoughts?

Hello! I joined a company in the UK 6 months ago, and received a £20,000 gross sign on bonus - clause associated to this however was that I stay for a minimum of 12 months. Unfortunately, the role is really proving to be the wrong fit, and I am looking to leave.

Question for you all - if I resign, I assume I would be expected to pay back the sign on bonus despite me only receiving approx 12k after tax. Anyone know the process for a tax clawback for something like this? Thanks in advance!
