Honest opinion, stay away. We have people quitting faster than we can hire, toxic environment.
Increases happen with polys.
We don’t have an interview standard so it’s really dependent on what team and who interviews you. People can basically ask anything they want. If the team is desperate and you interview well, expect an immediate offer.

In my experience, you’ll hear within 1-3 days, unless they call you in for a final round.
Potentially I had a second informal over the phone mainly to get more info on the specific team and see if id be a good fit with them

I interviewed there a couple months ago. Two phone rounds then ~2.5 hour in person with 4 people at M-MD levels. Two weeks later, brought in for another ~1.5 hour in person round with a couple of partners. Got a verbal offer 2 days later, if memory serves.
All standard behavioral stuff, didn't have a hard question the entire time. Did get some in depth questions on what I specifically did in particular roles, how I dealt with people management issues, stuff like that. If you know your resume inside and out and can speak well to it, you'll be fine if that's the structure of your interviews.
Interesting...
Run.

Also, congrats - which sector?

This post is super old..but how’d the interview go?? I have a virtual interview with a managing partner and 2 directors back to back for a functional role. Was the interview mainly behavioral?
