In addition to the above responses - trinity and Putnam sponsor as well - several boutiques like EM partners and SAI med partners and molekule consulting do as well .. also syneos does but they only do green card if you’re an engagement manager

It’ll be difficult to get H1B because then the company would need to give you a job offer and then put your name in the lottery in March, and hopefully you get picked and then you can start after October 1st…that’s a lengthy process. Instead you can try to get H3 / O1. Hit me up if you need more info. In general, all the firms would be willing to sponsor H1B/H3

If Health Advances rejected you citing the fact you don’t have a green card, then this is illegal discrimination:
The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) makes it illegal for an employer to discriminate with respect to hiring, firing, or recruitment or referral for a fee, based upon an individual's citizenship or immigration status. The law prohibits employers from hiring only U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents unless required to do so by law, regulation or government contract. Employers may not refuse to accept lawful documentation that establishes the employment eligibility of an employee, or demand additional documentation beyond what is legally required, when verifying employment eligibility (i.e., completing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Form I-9), based on the employee's national origin or citizenship status.
H1B sponsorship is available at most firms including HA from what I gathered, but likely that’s only for people who are under OPT. It’s tough for OP as J1 is bound to the institution. Hiring company needs to put him for H1B lottery which takes quite some time before even having him. Just my two cents.

LEK does sponsor H1Bs, however, doesn’t sponsor GCs up to at least manager level (3-4 years tenure from LSS)
LEK only sponsors at the MBA level - I interviewed last cycle for undergrad, got the offer and it got rescinded when they found out I needed H1B sponsorship even tho I told them TWICE I was international

Depends on a few factors… 1. What’s your degree? UG or advanced degree? 2. What do you mean by non-OPT? Are you saying that you want to start working on an H1B visa directly w/o being on OPT?
