1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? Anyone here moved from EY to Accenture? Curious to know how was the shift, pros and cons for each company, any regrets? Waiting for an offer from Accenture but very conflicted on whether I should leave EY. Been there all my career and going to be a big jump.

Is there a tactful way to say you are waiting to leave until 2022 to get a bonus? I have a company reaching out about exit ops and I’m interested, but given I’m a few months away from a pretty sizable bonus, I would rather just wait until Jan to join.
