Anyone on here complete grad school through GSAP and go back to Deloitte and have any pro tips for how to do it right? (Max reimbursement, things to do before you leave, benefits, etc.)

I am trying to decide between 2 offers, BDO vs. KPMG. KPMG is offering about $4k more on base, the extra $1,200 in reimbursable items, and pension but Big 4 brings WLB fears while I love the time I've spent at BDO, everyone is great and I can't recommend it enough.

The big selling point KPMG is pitching me on is the MADA program. I really want to get my Master's and BDO doesnt have a set vehicle for that. Has anyone gone through MADA?

4 sessions in with a therapist and trying to assess effectiveness. Seems like she spends the hour gathering information from me but never really going deeper to understand root causes of my behaviors. Almost like she is fishing at times to find something to talk about.

Would love to hear from moms whose babies went to daycare / school right after maternity leave (no nanny etc). Due in March and on the list for a stellar Montessori daycare / preschool near us to start in August (school year) when baby is 4-5 months old. Feeling guilty and struggling to decide if keeping baby home a year with a nanny is better, starting school in 2023? However, I’m worried about cost - we really would not be able to afford a nanny in our city on our salaries. Advice welcome!

What does it mean when an attorney is Of Counsel to a firm? Is the attorney paid a salary like an associate? Why would an attorney want to be of counsel? What are the benefits and drawbacks? Is Of Counsel eligible for bonuses or a partnership? Are they the same as associates? Thanks!!

I want to join Oracle for its brand, but Amadeus on the whole provides better benefits than Oracle like transportation, food facilities and better hikes. Is it true hikes in Oracle are terrible?
