My suggestion would be to find a field where that's not as big of a deal. For example, I see you posted this with "in Home Healthcare Services" as a home care attendant. As someone in the healthcare field I can say that having a felony on your record will preclude you from a lot of these types of jobs.
Home Healthcare means you have physical access to vulnerable people, their property, their devices , their medication, etc. Most companies will not risk having a healthcare worker with a serious record because of that. You can swear up and down that nothing will happen, in the end it is that company who will be sued into bankruptcy not you.
There are other fields. I would look at construction, some trades, mechanics, oilfield, and so fourth. Google is your friend here.
