How difficult would it be to exit into MBB from Big 4 financial services consulting? Obviously it’s dependent on the candidate, but is this a switch one can accomplish without going back for an MBA?

Anyone from EY-Parthenon, what does a typical senior consultant look like resume/experience wise? If I have audit and FDD experience as a Senior for 3 years (currently in FDD), a CPA, no MBA, is that enough to get in to EY-P? Or is the MBA basically required? What would I be missing? Thanks!

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.
