Do you always need an MBA to get into MBB?
I work in US Tax and had an experience of 3 year. Had got an offer of 14Lpa in another big4,but still don't feel like continuing in US Tax. As taxation is something I do feel like I don't want to make a career anymore, because of work life balance & also as it specialised. Please suggest other option worthy to make a career shift. You guidance will be extremely helpful. My highest qualification is M.com.

It’ll be easier if you have previous PM experience. Otherwise, trying to understand and memorize the 49 PM processes and ITTOs will be a challenge.
Is it worth it? It really depends. I was in EY Tax Tech before. I took it because I didn’t have a CPA, and that was one of the alternative credentials I could obtain to get the manager title. But it doesn’t really help me get more done on a day-to-day basis because I’m working in an agile environment while the PMBOK guide defines a more traditional project approach. I’d say if you are in a core audit/tax team, it may help you manage your project scope, budget and schedule more efficiently. But if you’re in a tech advisory related team, ScrumMaster and SAFE framework should be more helpful.
Depends what you want to do after IA? If you already have CISA and CIA, maybe look into the "advanced" certs IIA and ISACA also provide: CRMA? The project mgmt certs are great if you want to do IT implementations, but if you don't plan on becoming a PM, I feel like their value is somewhat marginal on top of what you already have.
