How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. For 2 positions (Core AMS- Staff & GDS.SaT_VME_BVals_Analyst) it's showing "we'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruiting process" since July 1st. It's been 10 days, but no update/email/phone calls. Can somebody help?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

I am fresher and started working since August in Capgemini. I have worked for 2 weekend recruitment drive for calling candidate and informing them about schedule and all , our manager told us that we'll get incentives for this work and it's been two month she hasn't approved incentives. Such horrible people, will never work for weekend 😅 as if manager was giving money from her pocket 🤣🤣🤣

Companies lowball and keep employees with nearly 10% hike.
Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.

Also comment on what do you think will happen in future? Will it be same ever coz I don't see any ends.

What should be done when HR tries to lowball you during salary discussion based on current CTC? How to ask for more hike without counter offer? Is there a chances of getting rejected if we stick to our demand? And if we have counter offer will they agree for more like 50% more on counter offer?

I have recently joined an organization as a backend developer but after joining they are putting me in a fullstack role because I had some experience with React.
I am open to fullstack role but my interests is more towards backend.
But I am concerned that I would be put into frontend only and a I would not be given backend work or else it could be 20-80(B&F).

What should I do in this position? Is fullstack a good option.

Heart attacks for folks under the age of 40 is getting so common. Where are we headed? Why is there so much stress in the world? Just received a new of one of the former senior manager passed away due to a massive heart attack. Early 40s. I am at loss of words. Such a genius of a guy. Amongst the most hard working people I have come across. I still can’t believe the news. Cannot even fathom what his family might be going through.
